AI automation for the work slowing your team down.
Reading emails, pulling details out of documents, answering the same questions again. AI can now handle much of that work — inside the systems your business already uses.
Not every job needs AI. These ones usually do.
Traditional automation handles tidy, predictable data. AI automation handles the messy part: free-text emails, PDFs, scanned forms and questions that are worded differently every time.
Working out what each email is, who it belongs to and what needs to happen next.
Typing invoice lines, order numbers or form answers from PDFs into another system.
Customers and staff asking things that are already written down somewhere.
Starting from a blank page for responses that follow the same pattern.
Turning meeting notes, call logs or job histories into something people can act on.
Manually classifying enquiries, feedback, expenses or tickets one at a time.
AI that works inside your process, not in another browser tab.
An AI agent reads what comes in, decides what it is, takes the next step and hands anything uncertain to a person. Your team checks the result instead of doing the work from scratch.
From reading every email to checking a short list.
AI workflow automation does not need to be dramatic. Take one supplier invoice arriving by email: most of the steps are reading and re-typing.
Practical AI, built around how you work.
AI business automation is most valuable when it is aimed at a specific, repeated job, connected to real data and measured on time saved.
AI agents
Agents that handle a defined task end to end and escalate when they are unsure.
AI workflow automation
Add AI steps to existing workflows: classify, extract, route and draft.
Document & data extraction
Turn invoices, forms, PDFs and emails into clean, structured data.
Customer enquiry handling
Triage enquiries, answer common questions and prepare replies for review.
Internal knowledge assistant
Let staff ask questions of your own policies, procedures and records.
Summaries & reporting
Condense notes, jobs and activity into short summaries people actually read.
You don't need to understand AI to use it well.
Tell me which jobs eat the most time and involve the most reading, typing or answering. I will tell you honestly whether AI is the right fit, or whether simpler automation would do the job better.
“Quote requests come in by email. Someone reads each one, works out what the customer wants, checks pricing and types a reply. It takes most of the morning.”
Start small. Prove it. Then scale.
Pick the right job
We find a repeated task where AI can save real time without adding risk.
Test on real examples
I run the AI against your actual emails, documents or data to prove it works before anything is built.
Build it into the workflow
The AI agent is connected to your systems, with clear review points for your team.
Monitor & improve
Track accuracy and time saved, refine it, then apply it to the next job.
Straight answers about AI automation.
What is the difference between AI automation and regular automation?
Regular automation follows fixed rules on structured data. AI automation can read and interpret unstructured content like emails, documents and free-text questions. Many projects use both. See business automation for rule-based workflows.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Workflows are designed with that in mind. Uncertain results are flagged for a person to check, and important actions can require approval before anything is sent or saved.
Is our business data kept private?
Data handling is agreed up front. I use business-grade AI services that do not train on your data, and only send the information a task actually needs.
Will AI replace our staff?
The aim is to remove the repetitive reading and typing so people can spend their time on customers, decisions and the work that needs judgement.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. AI automation services are built to connect with the tools you already use, such as your inbox, accounting software, CRM or job management system.
What could AI take off your plate?
